Years Served: 1957&1958…Reported aboard in May 1957 and assigned to First Division. Reassined to Operations and became part of the Radar gang. Passed the #rd Class test and served as RD3 until leaving the ship in Sept 1958. Cruised to Chile and England and Scotland among other places
Years Served: 1.5…Came aboard Nov. 1955 and left June 1957. Came directly aboard from boot camp . Was initially a radarman striker . Later became the mailman (TE3). Left ship to free up a berth before summer midshipman cruise to South America.
