Years Served: 1979-80…Who knew that I would miss the time at sea so much. Landlocked now, only the wind from my Harley to set me free.
Years Served: 1972 – 1973…A very challenging tour on the dirtiest, most disorganized ship that I ever served on. Dedication and hard work turned that ship around. Came aboard BM 2 and departed as BM 2. Told by Captain that I would be submitted for the Navy Achievement Award, I am still waiting for that.
