Hi Everyone.. I was a Radioman aboard the Keith after Radio School in Norfolk, Naval Radio Station in D.C.. Loved the ship and the many days at sea.. Boot camp Dec. 1958 San Diego. Fleet Radio School Norfolk August 59 and joined the Keith in 1960 until July/August 1961. Still Dit Happy. Still working and looking forward to attending the Reunion in Charleston, SC this fall. www.faimreps.coml
I was on the Keith from 1968 to 1970 my rank was DC3 , all of my shipmates were great, it was a learning experience and helped shape me into who I am. I will not forget the friendships that were formed and also the memories from all are liberty ports that we went to.We all were like a band of brothers watching out for each other.I remember Paul Digiosio and Don Huber who were also Damage Control and taught me .
