My Grandfather, George Truett Paul, served on the Hambleton from its maiden Voyage all the way through WWII. I’d love any logs or photos you may have.
My dad Martin Tobin who manned a 20mm gun passed away November, 2015. I had twenty pages of the Hambleton’s log printed that showed what the ship did throughout the major events of the war and where my dad was mentioned. I would love to hear about what other shipmates did during and after the war. I have a picture of around 15 men with my dad in front of the big gun of the ship.
