Years Served: 1968 to 1969…OBannon, the oldest and fastest during its Nam service. Remember the Typhoon out of Japan when heading towards Pearl? Service off Nam, changing guns? Hotels above the bars? Strange, was looking at the old cruise book last night – maybe a sign of things to come.

Years Served: 61-63…Chavez sux !!!!!
My father, David A. Mullen, served onboard between 67-70 (not sure of exact dates) MM3. He loved that ship. His best friend was Donny Young, not sure of his rate. My father is the reason I joined, and I did 24 years in the Navy as a Cryptologist.
I was wondering if there was a cruise book ever produced during that time frame.
Thank you all for your service.
