Years Served: 1942-1946…I am the son of Claude Clegg my father served his last year of WWII on the Rudyerd Bay as Chief Machinist Mate. He never talked much about his service on this ship, he also served on the USS Enterprise from 1939 to 1942. Would like to talk with anyone who know or remember him.
