West pac 91-92 Persian gulf

I was rescued by Fox on March 1981 by Captain Palmer and also attended the Commander change ceremony on Oct 1981 in San Diego. Anyone has that information, Please let me know. Thanks

Served 1978 – 1979, B Div. & R Div., Did Westpac 78 as a BT, Went to yards in Bremerton, WA. Left for HT A School. Mike Mullen was our Engineering Officer who signed my request chit. He went on to become the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I got out in ’81 and joined the Reserves. Retired in ’96 as HTCS. Living in Middletown, DE now working as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
